Amie found my necklace with an amethyst pendant on, and has insisted on wearing it. She knows that she has the same name as the stone, and will ask where the 'Nise stone is :)

According to Amie, she's a queen, Doug is a witch, Lauren is a princess...and I'm a guinea pig.
I think the dog was sent to spy on behalf of the other toys, who obviously feared their dinosaur overlords.

Amie has decided that she no longer needs to use the potty, and is happy to use the toilet all the time now. Yay!

I'm watching the live stream of Oprah's second favourite things episode, and Amie just put a towel over the pedestal fan and told me to guess what it would be. Then she pulled the towel off and said "SURPRISE! YOU GET A NEW FAN!" I didn't realise she was paying attention to Oprah, hah.

Hmm, a sign of the times. Amie just wanted to play a live version of the Godfinger game on my phone. Where she was one of the people on the game and I had to "flick" her across the bed. Then she threw herself around and pretended to drink and burp like the followers at the pub.
By popular request, the tree went up early.

Holy evil tantrum. It's not even 6:30 am and she's in her room for time out, yelling her head off and drumming the floor with fists and feet.

She may have been a demon child earlier, but I'll say something nice about her. When we were at Taigum the other day, she asked to have something to it. Nearby was a bakery, fruit store and donut shop. I asked her what she'd like to have, and she thought and looked at all the stores before saying "I'd like fruit please!" She chose plums to have as her snack. Very happy with that choice :)

Amie and I had a snowball fight in her bedroom and then she made a snow angel. Gotta love that imagination.
28th
Amie is arguing with me over whether it's getting darker or not. Given that it's nearly 6:30 pm...it is! Crazy tired kid.
